This article is absolutely on point. Sooo many young travel ball players practice only 3 things. Hitting, catching throwing. Mostly hitting. My 8yr old son Jake focuses the opposite, building core strength, lower body strength, balance and rhythm so that he can easily perform all the above from a solid athletic platform. He also uses a rice bucket to strengthen his fingers, wrists, and forearms. He is seeing big results in every area of his performance after just 3 weeks. We will add this into his routine. Thank You.

Perfect article… So many young ball players focus on their athletic abilities like hitting instead of strengthening their core and balance so they ultimately hit better, throw better, move better, catch better in the long run.
