Professional Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society 2019 Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coaches of the Year

On December 7th at their annual meeting in San Diego, the Professional Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society (PBSCCS) announced their 2019 Minor League Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches of the Year Award Winners. Some of the winners pictured from below from left to right are: Colin Feikles (Red Sox), Chris Messina (Red Sox), Andrea Nunez (Angles), Wil Gilmore (Royals), Al Sandoval (Rangers), Anthony Velazquez (Yankees), Larry Adegoke (Yankees), Goldy Simmons (White Sox), Chuck Bradway (Twins), Drew Heithoff (Padres), Joe Palazzolo (Giants), Mark Spada (Giants) and Nate Friedman (Diamondbacks).

Other winners not pictured are Brady Fitzgerald (Marlins), Michael Myers (Astros), James McCallie (Rays), Ed Yong (Rangers), Chris Latimer (Cardinals), Kyle Lindsey (Braves) and Nick Pressley (Pirates). Yong is a six-time winner, Sandoval is a four-time winner, Velazquez, Gilmore and Simmons are three-time winners and Messina, Spada, Adegoke, Palazzolo and Friedman are two-time winners.
