Mike Roose begins his 2nd season as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Red Sox. He spent 4 season as the Red Sox Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator after serving as a strength and conditioning coach with Triple-A Pawtucket in 2010 and 2011. He started with the Red Sox organization in 2009 as an intern with the Gulf Coast League Red Sox and graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science that same year. Before attending Florida State, he operated in 4 combat tours throughout Iraq and Afghanistan with the United States Air Force. In 2013, Mike completed his M.S. in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University.
