JOB TITLE: LATIN AMERICAN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Cincinnati Reds are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Latin American Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. Candidate will oversee the Latin American Strength and Conditioning program based out of our Dominican Republic complex. Job will require travel to the Dominican Republic throughout the year to monitor the program. The position requires residence in the Goodyear, AZ area. Position will assist with rehab and rookie teams when at complex in Arizona. Position will report directly to the Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. Will be responsible for: managing budgets for Dominican Republic complex; assisting with daily strength and conditioning activities during spring training; writing monthly reports; tracking daily activity at DR complex; monitoring players completing rehab programs at the DR complex; and any other duty assigned by coordinator. Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be accountable, communicate well and have a desire to continue his education in the field of strength and conditioning.
- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN AN EXERCISE SCIENCE RELATED FIELD.
- FLUENT IN WRITTEN AND ORAL SPANISH.
- MUST HAVE CSCS THROUGH THE NSCA AND BE RSCC CERTIFIED.
- MUST HAVE CPR/AED AND FIRST AID CERTIFICATION.
- MASTER’S DEGREE PREFERRED.

JOB DURATION: YEAR ROUND
SALARY/STIPEND/ETC.: $50,000-$57,500 depending on experience.
