A native of Elmira, NY, Jeff enters his 5th season as a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Detroit Tigers. He is currently working with the Triple A, Toledo Mud Hens. Mathers previously worked for the Double A Erie Seawolves (2017), the High A Lakeland Tigers (2015/2016) and the Low A West Michigan Whitecaps (2014). Jeff graduated from Ithaca College in December 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.
