Eric enters his third season as a Minor League Performance Coach with the Los Angeles Dodgers. He spent each of his first two seasons at the Dodgers Spring Training Facility in Glendale AZ, and will be with the Class A-Advanced Rancho Cucamonga Quakes in 2018. In 2016 he assisted the Dodgers Rehab Performance Coordinator and AZL Strength Coach as an intern before coming back full time the following season. In 2017 he was the Performance Coach for the AZL Dodgers where he was voted Arizona League Strength Coach of the Year. Prior to joining the Dodgers he spent time in the private sector interning at Cressey Sports Performance and Ranfone Training Systems. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Exercise Science and was a member of the University’s baseball team for four seasons.
