2019 PBSCCS Strength Coach of the Year is Boston Red Sox Kiyoshi Momose

Kiyoshi Momose, Major League Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Red Sox, has been named the Professional Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society Major League Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year. A native of Nagano, Japan, with degrees (BS) from Nippon Sport Science University and Central Florida University (MA), Momose just completed his 19th year in professional baseball including the last four as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2018 World Champion Boston Red Sox. Prior to joining the Red Sox, Momose served in a variety of roles for the Pittsburgh Pirates for 15 years.
