Recently the Professional Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society held their annual Symposium in conjunction with the 2015 Major League Baseball Winter Meetings in Nashville, Tennessee. This year featured presentations, talks, and a workshop. Lead by fellow PBSCCS members, some of the premier Strength and Conditioning Coaches across the country and internationally, NSF and MLB. Additionally, vendors were on hand ready to show their newest products, while building off the high level of expectations set from previous products. The Symposium continues the tradition of
the best baseball minds gathering to discuss and grow the Strength and Conditioning profession in the game of baseball. Many “Thank Yous” are needed for everyone who helped put such an amazing weekend together!
